Gallup certified Strengths Coach emblem

I began my career supporting leaders and teams with Human Resource Management and people strategy. Over the years, my experiences connecting people and process within complex organizational landscapes and supporting employees to do their best work, led me to coaching. First as an internal coach in the public sector and then to private clients across-industry.

A lifelong learner, I became interested in coaching as a way to more meaningfully support the growth and development of team members by helping them to identify individual strategies for success. My approach to coaching is process oriented and results driven, strengths-based,

practical, and always aimed at supporting my clients to build a bridge toward achieving their potential through awareness, sustainable growth, and change. I was trained and practiced as an internal leadership coach at the NYC Department of Education and continued on to become a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and complete New York University’s Executive Coaching Certification program.

Supporting people to achieve fulfillment in the work they do each day, find balance from the pressures of the fast-paced work environment, and thrive in their careers and personal lives is my passion. As a coach, I partner with each client to provide a trusting, judgement-free, environment where they can try new things, explore their strengths, develop new skills, and ultimately create a career path that aligns with their values and goals.

I earned my Master of Science in Human Resource Management & Development with a concentration in Organizational Effectiveness from New York University and my Bachelor of Business Administration from George Washington University.
